I dont hate Ocon that much but he never matured through out the years he's in F1. his personality is like the poor version Lance

Ocon competes even in the smallest ways, and all the time. Gasly can never let his guard down. He tries to gain an advantage all the time and doesn't mind getting into dirty-ambiguous territory. If I was team principal, I would not hire this kind of competitor. It makes the team toxic and creates risks. Not a good investment. I say fire Ocon.
