Good video thought small correction. Ruthenia is phrase describing region bigger than Ukraine and includes red Ruthenia, Belarus and some more. Ukraine was known just as Ukraine (pol. Ukraina) which comes from old polish "u kraja" which means "on border" as Ukraine was borderlands. Alternatively parts of Ukraine were called "dzikie pola" wild fields, or in time of Cossacks Zaporoże- Zaporizhia

Some territories of Poland and Romania were taken by USSR and added to Ukraine. Just fyi Ukraine isn’t a homogeneous nation state that naturally appeared because of the desire of a nation to create the state, it was mainly created by the super powers of the time

The holodomor was a famine which happened due to lack of food supply due to rapid industrialisation, this is shown by the fact that 1 million died in Ukraine with most dying outside of it, also, Ukraine's population went up just one year later by around 200k

Ukraine wasn't ruled by Lithuania. It was under the rule of Polish- Lithuanian Commonwealth but was within Polish Kingdom.
