Calculate Subtotals and Grand Totals

If you've been given data that is separated by varying rows and had to calculate a subtotal and grand total it might not seem intuitive on how to do this. However it's actually quite simple because Excel DOES make it pretty easy to do. In fact I'll show you two ways it could be done. First with a Pivot Table and then with the SUM function and Go To Special feature.

Sir u r autosum first 6 column and then second 3 column but not 1 column I try this but formula not working on single column please help 😀

Sorry sir, this is not a solution for me I need autosum in one click like pivot doing country next column state name next column city name and population column in value field sum show country, state, city wise but formula not show but I created manual format like pivot population value change every day suppose country, state, city total column blank doing autosum every field in one click country, state and city I hope u understand my problem thanks regards Vijay

Hello sir, ur sum example good but I have one querie. example A column country name B column state name and C column many city name and D column population value how to sum population at once quick process Country wise State wise and city wise sum and with last grand total sum please help. In one click
