Had a blown head gasket on my Ford Fiesta at the start of the year and couldn't afford a replacement after the Christmas period! Tried K Seal, here's what I found.

Hi, I would like to make two comments which I think are relevant to this video. Firstly the product being shown is K-Seal HD which is to be used in HGV vehicles with coolant capacities far greater than the vehicle shown here. The version of K-Seal that should have been shown is half the size. Secondly, the product has to be shaken before using and this is highlighted in uppercase on the instructions. When used correctly all of the formula will disperse and you will not have anything like the consistency shown here.K-Seal conforms to the US standard for coolant leaks and this states it has to flow through a calibrated mesh no greater than 0.85mm which is far smaller than any passageway in the cooling system.

It looks like copper powder, suspended in some type of a polymer base. All I know is I've got a 2002 Oldsmobile 98, with a coolant leak on the passenger side of the engine, losing about a quart per trip to town and back. Added this in the radiator, after I warmed up the engine. The leak stopped completely within 5 minutes. That's all I need to know.

K-seal when used properly does not look like that. I followed directions and it was a liquid substance not thick. It worked for me and I can proudly say my truck is running awesomely well! No more yellow custard under pcv valve. Sad thing is I had a head gasket job that wasn't properly done and needed k-seal 2 months after. Thanks you K-Seal!!!

I just used this stuff but I made sure I shaked it for the 30 seconds it recommends, when I poured it in the liquid was a brownish colour with little flakes but was very free flowing and I made sure the entire bottle was empty. It doesn't look like you have shaken the bottle at all?

it worked like magic to fix the leak in my radiator... which is really what it's for. I poured it in and the leak stopped within minutes, my heater started working again, happy, happy days.
you're supposed to shake it, it looks like sparkly, unicorn poop when you do.
I'm happy putting magical, unicorn poop into my system, especially when it works that well.

You should have used it. I did and it repaired my 1995 Honda Prelude just fine. Great stuff.

this is a great product has never let me down we have put over 60, 000 miles on one of the vehicles with this in the system without having to do a head gasket driving in Southern California where it is not uncommon in the summer for Mercury go over a hundred degrees Fahrenheit we have no problems....
so yes The copper slurry do not eat dude!

That brown stuff is copper flakes and they melt when they reach the breach in the head sealing it permanently, your also suppose to shake it up before you use it.

Man this stuff really works. Worked for me twice fixed blown head gasket. Drove my car at least 15000 miles still holding. Anybody that says this does not work is not telling the truth. If the damage is really really bad then this would probably not work.

It works. I’ve only had it fail with a wide open leak. If the leak is small enough to allow pressure to build, this will 100% seal it.

It says to shake bottle for about a minute befor using..I've used it it works great 👍.

It fixed my head gasket problem, white sweet smoke exhaust, bmw 520i e34.
In a 10.5 liters system that mud is nothing compared to a 1000€ repair.

That's why it says to shake vigorously for 30 seconds or more. Should have shaken the bottle. But thank you for this vid, ,

There is no problem using K-seal unlike some of the older traditional products. It is very good for seal minor cooling system leaks which are almost undetectable because the coolant flashes off into steam as soon as it escapes from radiator pressure. What it won, 't do and none of this class of product will is fix cylinder gasket leaks from the fire rings.
