All you have to do is enter your competitors domain into the site explorer and then go to organic search then top pages.

Here you will see all of your competitors top pages that are getting search traffic along with the main ranking keyword for every single page on their site which is pretty cool right?

But, it get's even better than that but you can click through to a more detailed report and find every single keyword that specific page is currently ranking for and how much traffic it drives which saves you a lot of time and guess work.

This is exactly what I do when I do keyword research for my clients. I ask them for 3 to 5 domains of competitors and it works perfectly.
