BROWN STEW TURKEY NECK // PRESSURE COOKER RECIPE

Hey Guys, Welcome back to my channel please consider subscribing and sharing. Today I created a turkey neck stew, Hatian style. Growing up Haitian my mom and grandmother use to have me in the kitchen cooking with them. Although, I enjoyed it I dread the process. Throughout the years I've learned tips and tricks along the way to shorten the process and accomplishing the same results. While we are transitioning from being quarantined, I decided to share some of those recipes with you!

Ingredient
10lb turkey necks
Bell peppers
Onions
Epis
Olive oil
White pepper
Tomato paste
Onions

Directions
Take all fat off thawed meat
Clean with salt, lime, vinegar and water
Rinse until water runs clear
Add epis, seasonings of your choice with same measurements
Add in pressure cooker with2-3 cups of water
Cook for 25-30 min
Garnish with bell peppers and onions once meat is cooked
