Great job again with the turkey neck aka ghetto oxtails .The only difference when I’m making mine I brown them before I marinade them few hours they have a richer color anyway 🎉🎉🎉🎉

To avoid the steam from blocking the camera get a small table fan let the breeze blow above the top of the pot.

I’ve been watching you for the last couple of weeks I noticed that you don’t use scotch bonnet pepper I’m wondering why? because it does give the food flavour not to over spicy, the food just flavour
