Smooth transitions! No doubt it takes practice! Been at it since Dec 16, 2022, 150+ burpees a day, five days a week after my regular weight training. Glad to see the variations. Incorporating those Navy Seal burpees into my two pump rocking chair routine. Saludos.

How do you typically integrate these into workouts or are they standalone workouts themselves? I often program them for circuit type workouts (not as advanced as this but 5 pump NS/ NS and 5 pumps most frequently)

Hey man got a question for ya?I'm a bigger guy and all my weight consists around my waist.im up to 40 navy seal burpees I'm very proud of myself at 285lbs everyday.My midsection I'm having a very hard time with that last jump forward in that navyseal burpee because my stomach is so weak I have to walk forward not jump.and I know that doesn't count but my stomach just isn't strong enough.do you have any workouts? That I could do to make it stronger or should I just do regular burpees?
