So I have a question here... I want to have the bot reference a channel ID in a plain text message, where usually in a discord server it would look something like #channel-name, allow someone to click that link and move them to said channel. I cant find a way to have that done in a plain text message.
Is there a way like... to use a command to do so, such as <channel_ID> to create that hash in the plain text option?
