1-The United States declares itself neutral but they sell weapons to one of the sides.
2-The Lusitania carried a large amount of ammunition and military material.
3-Self-determination did not apply to nations under the control of France and Great Britain, or did nations like Algeria for example become independent from France, or Nigeria became independent from Great Britain?
