HP Spectre X360 14t 2 in 1 Tiger Lake Unboxing

Here is my unboxing and first look at the HP Spectre X360 14t with Intel's 11th generation Tiger Lake CPU.

I know how much you love your current spectre 13.3 with the OLED screen. I imagine this model is a dream come true with a bigger screen and a 3:2 aspect ratio! HP nailed it as long as they get their quality control issues act together.

Glad to see your excited about this HP Spectre, honestly I love the aspect ratio of the screen. For me its the best type of screen! I recently just bought the HP 14 Ryzen (Ryzen 3 3250u) at Walmart for $300.00 and so far love it. I just upgraded the ram from 4GB (single channel) to 16GB (dual channel) along with a 1TB PCIe SSD and boy is it awesome! Anyways thanks for the short review, please let us know how well its holding it!

Thanks for the sneak peek. Any plans to compare this to the Lenovo Yoga 9i 14? Besides the aspect ratio (Yoga being a 16x9) it seems to be a direct competitor. The Dell XPS 9310 would probably be the closest competitor but the Dell 9310 doesn't have a USB-A port and I don't think it has the ability to magnetically attach a pen like on the HP Spectre 14t.

Hello. In my opinion, AMOLED in a drawback on computers. I prefer IPS screen. All AMOLED have burn in issue. They hate still images : A ghost of the Windows taskbar or the browser tabs (for examples) appear few weeks after purchase. Unfortunately, there are lots of comments that complain about burn in issue on HP Spectre X360 screen.

When the full review? And can you do a full comparison between this and the lenovo yoga 9i 14? It will probably help make my purchase decision between those 2. One thing i want to ask you: Please do a comparison about fan noise between the 2. I bought the yoga last year (c940) and the high pitch noise in the fan (mini jet engine) has totally annoyed me and the main reason i am looking to change it. Cheers!

No marked audio change in the one I got, but might be a bit louder. Webcam not good at all. My display went black after an Office update on first day of use. After reboot, the power came back on but the display would not. I had to return it. I got the Yoga 9i 4k instead. No issues so far.

How do you see the campirison between Spectre and the Asus Zenbook flip s. In terms of build quality? Or the spectre Vs dell XPS and x1 carbon? And multi tasking on all machines without long term faults or software issues?
