How to use bissell proheat essential complete carpet cleaner

Remove tank by pulling up the whole tank by handle
Remove top
Add hot tap water
Add shampoo in the same compartment
Place tank back
Plug in carpet cleaner
Gray step button releases the handle
Red step button turns on carpet cleaner
Red button on handle sprays shampoo
Carpet cleaner scrubs and absorbs dirty water

Does anybody on here have an actual how to video on this vacuum? I feel like every video demonstrates how to vacuum a floor. I hate to be that guy that don’t contribute shit but tell us what to press and how the controls work.

When using the Bissell ProHeat essential you need to make slower passes over the carpet. About a 3rd as fast as regular vacuuming

In this Bissell machine I recommend putting 2.5oz of formula in the tank but since you are using a Zep formula add 5oz of formula. Also I recommend using Bissell cleaning formula to get the best results. Because Bissell formulas are 2x concentrated so you have to use half a much solution.

This is not a bad little unit and it is the easiest to "assemble from out of the box" than most others. totally odd-ball design of incorporating the clean water and dirty water all in "one tank" makes it really easy to rinse and clean the tank after use. Works fine for my tiny apartment although I wish there was just a tad more "suction" for sucking up the dirty water. But all in all pretty good. I would grade it a solid might say better.

I also recommend wrapping your hose on the hook correctly so it does not fall off and get steeped on or run over by the machine.

He's using it ad if he's vacuuming the carpet, rather than steam cleaning/shampooing it.

Adding to much shampoo can clog the pipes in the carpet cleaner and leave carpet sticky.

When I watched you pour in the solution you added way to much. You should measure out 5oz like Zep sais on the container.
