After having a very sick dog to clean up after, can I just say you guys saved my life (oh yeah, and my carpet, too)!! This is an amazing machine and the tray is unbelievably helpful. Was glad I purchased the tray when I purchased the machine!

What a great accessory, a very clever, well thought out, practical and useful addition to the Revolution Pet Pro. It's such a pity that it is unavailable to customers in the UK with no prospect of it being made available to the UK market. Come on Bissell please can you do something about this. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and a devotee of Bissell products and would really appreciate some good old fashioned customer service.

Must depend on where you buy it. I just bought one from Walmart yesterday, and was disappointed that it didn't come with the tray. Had to order one from Bissell for $30.

I bought this machine, the Proheat 2x Revolution from Bissell Canada website for C$321 on the 26th of May and it never came with the Rinse and Storage Tray, nor any of the 8oz formula. Now, I found same machine on Amazon Canada for C$299, with Rinse and Storage Tray and two 8oz formulas... I am not happy right now and feel ripped.
