Harry Potter Quidditch Champions Gameplay (Full Game)!
Harry Potter Quidditch Champions is a new Harry Potter game published by Warner Bros. Fans of Hogwarts Legacy were really excited for the addition of quidditch but it turns out that Warner Bros already had a new Harry Potter Quidditch game in the works all along. In this part 1 Harry Potter Quidditch Champions gameplay review we will be checking out the character creation, cosmetic customisation, broomsticks, abilities, skills and different quidditch roles: Chaser, Keeper, Beater and Seeker whoes role it is to catch the snitch. We will also exsplore the single player career mode and try to win the Hogwarts House Cup by beating Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. There has not been a Harry Potter Quidditch Game since 2003, so i'm very excited to check out the new game! Thanks Warner Bros for sponsoring this video!

This game should have 7v7 online multiplayer where everyone just plays a single position. I would actually love that. I would watch that as an esport

It reminds me a lot of Rocket League, easy to play, difficult to master. I told myself up until release I wasn’t going to get it because the trailers just looked dreadful to me, but I ended up getting it anyway and extremely pleased I did.

The game is just so much fun. It’s one that has a friendly entry level and I imagine an extremely high ceiling cap, and it’s been perfect for when I just haven’t got it in me to invest in a more story driven game and just want to jump in and have fun

I absolutely hate how short the matches are. I miss the World Cup game so much. 😥 you could have team style scoring and could do tricks. That game had style all over it.

I am loving it so far. I play chaser/seeker. My worst position is keeper. I can play beater if need be, but I need to practice it more.

The game is really fun but is missing a lot to make it more immersive and enjoyable. Here’s my list:

- Crowd/ character reactions after goals. Maybe a replay camera and could include some highlights of the game. I know it’s Harry Potter but this is a sports game and should have some of those elements. An impact cam after getting hit with a bludger would be cool. Maybe mixed in with the highlights at the end of each match.

- the music in game isn’t working for me on PS5. Would love some dynamic music that maybe builds with the tension of the match/ going after the snitch.

- More announcer voices and a broader range of announcer dialogue would help as well.

- a command wheel or something of the sort to give team orders or to create play types. Again I understand this is harry potter but for the sports enthusiasts, this would be a great addition. Even simple commands would be cool. Maybe have different play types to up the aggression, or focus more on scoring or beating etc..

- a snitch replay cam would be cool too.

- dynamic weather elements effecting players would be cool. Maybe a lightning strike every so often with the option to quickly evade.

- custom team creations and more arenas are needed as well.

There’s just a lot more I know they could add. I feel like they played it too safe, but it’s still fun to me.

The seeker gameplay is fun as Literally fighting for you life trying to catch it before the other person 🤣

i really wish they brought back how the seeker played in harry potter quidditch world cup. you were able to fly outside of the stadium to chase the snitch, accurate to how a real quidditch game would go. i just feel so inclosed playing seeker when imo you should feel like you’re flying around the entire map (to a certain degree). still fun just wish that was different.

13:44 You, as the first player in the story, is a Chaser by default and as the favourite role. However: My best playstyle and role is a cherry-picking Beater, who waits for my team to get close to the goal and knock the keeper out. Kind of wished we could change the Favourite role.

I actually ended up getting the game for free, because it's available as one of the three PS Plus free games this month, and then spent $15 for the deluxe upgrade for the special house stuff and the extra gold.

Steam start was pretty rough unfortunately I hope it doesn’t die in a couple of weeks cuz the core gameplay is actually quite fun almost a bit rocket league like

Had no expectations for this game, but its immediately become one of my favourites. Pretty artstyle, fun gameplay, customisation is awesome i just hope they support this game for ages! I want more cosmetics to work towards hopefully we get many seasons! Also a 5v5 where 1 chaser becomes the seeker would be ideal for pvp. Genuinely love it.

Um OK. I am not an insane HP fan but I have read the books. I am pretty sure they drastically changed the way the snitch works. I thought it was 150 points and more importantly immediately ended the match. I guess that doesn't really work very well in a practical sense for a competitive game.

Thank you for pointing out how arbitrary the House Cup is. I had a CO in Basic who used the same sort of thing for his evaluations. Whatever your score was, he could add an extra 10% at the end to reflect his own feelings. I’m Never going to give up that grudge.
