In this video I share a simple strategy that can be used by anyone of any age to feel a little calmer in anxious moments or to help you prepare for potentially stressful or overwhelming situations. It's a strategy called safe space visualisation and I first encountered it when I was a patient receiving therapy and it's something I use all the time - so I hope you might find it helpful too.
