Thank you for putting this out there. I had my baby on June 19th. She came early too! 36 weeks and 6 days...my husband helps a lot, but I am also going through an emotional rollercoaster with being tired, getting 1-3 hours of sporadic sleep, and breastfeeding! I breastfeed for 10-20 min, my husband bottle feeds formula/breast milk while I pump every 2-2.5 hours! It's exhausting 😔

Post partum is real!! My baby is 4 months and the sleep deprivation is real!! My husband has been amazing. I’m finally at a point that I am really able to take care of my child and thrive. Hang in there!! Breastfeeding was my trigger for depression, my child did not latch until about a week ago. It was such a struggle, I spent more time pumping than with my child and I had major mom guilt.

hi beautiful, I just wanted to let you know your not alone, i have 3 children and with my last child I suffered from postpartum depression and I didn't know what was wrong i just felt so sad and I wish I knew or had someone to talk to me about this and tell me it was going to be okay, I will keep you and your family in my prayers and dont worry 🙏 everything will be okay ❤ we love watching you and to see how much you have grown and to see you go from making makeup videos to welcoming you to motherhood its such a beautiful thing and your doing a great job beautiful God bless you.

Your hair is beautiful! You’re so right that you have to let your feelings flow and it’s crazy how quickly we bounce back from stressors. We are uniquely and wonderfully made. God designed us the way He wanted us and His Grace is sufficient. Sleep is so important so maybe you and your husband can switch off a little more or maybe a family member can safely come for a few days to give you both a little break. God bless you Sister and your beautiful family. Tfs, 💕🙏🏾

Yes it’s very overwhelming for a first time but it does get better. You are right it will get better. It so worth all the struggles and mood changes.

Praying for you Hon. Take your time; breathe and give God all of the praise. If you want to cry - go head. Jesus got you!

It’s hard...definitely a roller coaster of emotions. Just remember to enjoy the moments with your baby. The time will fly by so fast! Before you know it, you’ll be celebrating his 5th birthday lol😊💙
