I had such a boyhood crush on this beautiful person. Her loving husband stayed with her until the end when she could no longer speak or move, taking care of her in their Bakersfield home. What a terrible end for her.

I used to watch the reruns of the Mickey Mouse 🐀 club on TV and I immediately loved her and she was a great singer and actress I saw her in The Shaggy Dog 🐕 and Babes in Toyland and then the beach ⛱️ movies then when she had the movie 🎥 about her life I nearly cried when I saw her in a wheelchair it breaks my heart ❤️ when I see her pictures

She is to this day one of the most beautiful young girls I've ever seen. I was a Darlene Gillespie guy (I like Darlene's singing voice and smile) but I always thought Annette was prettier.

I learned about her thru the Skippy ads, but she was so famous her fame transcended generations. So pretty and talented and yet how she ended up is a sad thing.

My first time seeing her, was on the b&w Mickey Mouse Club. Then all of those great surf movies, with Frankie & all the wonderful characters. We've lost family to this damned disease & I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. A loving, caring person like she was, didn't deserve to go like that. She will always be loved & missed. ❤
