You mentioned something that no one mentioned it in any video. I had to watch many videos but didn’t find an answer. I emailed Microsoft and they didn’t give me a clear answer. It’s about the payment for a licensed user. If I subscribe for a business basic, would it let me create a licensed user without paying any extra money? I want an answer for a confirmation. Can I create a shared mailbox without paying any extra money over the subscription fee?

Sorry, let me continue with my question : the idea of an ‘outside’ contractor is to invite him using his iwn email address. Why would i want to create a new account for him under my organisation ?
