Has anyone just hired a lawyer to collect all the documents and petition the Italy court directly? Waiting in the U.S. could take many years, waiting in Italy could put me under the Italian tax net even if its under 6 months, and it seems that the volume just to get agency help could be a very long time because its possible they are extremely overwhelmed. It seems that currently there could be the highest amount of applicants for Italian Citizenship by Decent, ever! If anyone has any good, objective resources, would like to know. Thank you.

Here in the United States We have Our Driver License which We Use as Our ID but in Italy there's the Codice Fiscale and or the Tessera Sanitaria that has the Codice Fiscale Number on it.
Here in the United States when We Move and Change Our Address which is On Our Driver License We have 30 Days to change Our Address.
Does the Codice Fiscale Card or the Tessera Sanitaria have an Italian Address where the Person Lives Printed on it just like the Driver License here in the United States and If so, when Moving within Italy or anywhere around the European Union does the Address if listed on the Card also have to be Changed for a New Card with an Updated Address?
