I have the apple watch se and I think it is very worth it, however, I recommend you get a screen protector as it can scratch pretty easily

The Apple Watch is fantastic as a health tracker. Tracking your sleep hours, resting heart rate, heart rate recovery, cardiovascular health. It’s actually pretty sweet and of course you don’t have to look at your phone as often which is cool! It’s a good product

i have an Apple Watch and i really only use it for Spotify, tracking exercises, using it to pay, and to check the time. i wouldn’t really say it’s worth it because it burns your phone battery quicker (since ur connected to it) but yea if u have the money and u want a watch it’s pretty convenient to have
