I've cried and shouted out of weariness. I've wanted to have someone to share my burdens with. A failing marriage, illness, deaths, surrounded by so many that are lost. These messages are so edifying. No tears shall go uncounted, no Heavenly word will return void. Glory be to The Most High. We are not alone. As our bodies are torn down our spirits are lifted. When I was going through a divorce I will never forget - I left church more angry than when I left. My wife wanted a divorce, I lost half my time with my children, I was lost... I was listening to Tony Evans and he was taking about rest. I listened to his whole sermon in a parking lot before heading home. When I got home I put away my long to do list and pulled our the bible for the first time in years. I rested that whole day and went on 3 walks. The last walk I felt my children walking with me even though they were not there. I felt them giggling ahead of me like they've done when they found a bug to investigate. Then I felt a presense to my right side for only an instant and it took my anger away. I was baptized after that. I've also had moments when I missed my kids a lot and walking at the park resting with scriptures playing on my earphones and praying and felt a promise resonate in me that all the time I miss with them here I will have made up for an eternity. Rest with Jesus and his word. He is amazing! God bless you all!!
