Climate Change and Lung Health - Challenges and Solutions After COP26

Показать описание
Climate change is impacting human lives and health in a variety of ways, and has a particularly large impact on lung health. Low- and middle-income countries are expected to be more affected due to overburdened health care systems and infrastructural deficiencies, but the impact will be felt worldwide. The 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26), held in Glasgow in November 2021, laid out the global commitment to act now to address this challenge. This session will discuss the biggest challenges and possible solutions to mitigate the impact of climate change on global health.
