How I Invest My Money as a DOCTOR

How I Invest ALL of my Money! I have wanted to make this video for quite some time now, and now that I can finally sit down and go through my portfolio, I wanted to share it with you all. In this video I breakdown my entire investment portfolio and give you an inside look into what I invest in. I personally think the transparency really matters and I’ve seen others do a similar thing and it has definitely opened my eyes to other investment opportunities and ideas. As you see in the video, I invest pretty heavily in real estate, followed by stocks, crypto, and you’ll have to watch the video for the rest!

it's not late for investors to review their portfolios and pick up some investments that might do well in the this year.. looking at the performance of various stocks and the dip in the crypto space, there’s so much opening to get in a earn good profits.

I believe < that the inflation is already priced in crypto market since the end of last year. These manipulative rats are always 2 steps ahead of everybody because they are market makers. I hope I’m wrong and they won’t keep dumping it on retail investors as always. First off, want to say good on you!! for creating, developing and focusing on a diverse portfolio. One thing I wish I had done as a young physician is invest in some illiquid asset like real estate preferably something like good quailty farm land near an expanding metropolitan area. If you have a good farmer to rent it to who doesn't abuse it it would be the perfect investment for a young doctor precisely because it is illiquid. Because you can't just go onto a computer and sell it that fact enforces a long term hold which should pay off over a 20-30 year career. The problem with investing in the stock market is that it becomes very emotional and as physicians we are already in an emotionally charged profession. It is easy to become a gambling addict in the stock market as a way to escape from the stress of the profession. Another way to invest conservatively is to dollar cost average into something like Berkshere hathaway. The concept here is called risk adjusted return. Although BRK often doesn't match the performance of the SPY because it is conservatively managed and has a diverse portfolio of companies; it is lower risk imho. Again over 20-30 years it should be fine. One doc I know was told by his chairman in residency to just invest in BRK back in the day and has done very well indeed. When thinking about farm land consider the impact of climate change. Rick Rule (if you don't know him search on you tube) recommends looking at farmland in Michigan. Bill Gates is also buying a ton of farm land. Please don't construe this as financial advice. I am just a random old physician commenting on a you tube video.
