This was a little project I made to show off all of the dumped BIOS' presented on the internet and their differences. I used the BIN file of Syphon Filter, as it seemed to show off the BIOS intro in its entirety. The biggest problem, if any, was mostly European and Japanese BIOS' not allowing the game to start, and just going straight to the Main Menu.
You can notice that some of the Startup Squares where the 2 arrows join are stretched higher than the others. Take SCPH-1001 (0:15-0:35) and SCPH-7502 (3:37-3:58) together and you can see the differences, visual wise in them.
All of the PS1 BIOS files that have been dumped and released:
Recorded with NVIDIA ShadowPlay (1440x1080 60FPS 50mbps)
Rendered with Sony Vegas Pro 13
Played by ePSXe 2.0.5 Emulator, maxed settings, AA v2.0 + Natural Vision Shaders, SCPH-7502 BIOS.
