MASCARPONE & LEMON CREPE STACK

INGREDIENTS
8-10 crepes
400gms Tatua Mascarpone
¾ cup lemon curd
Zest of 1 lemon
½ cup honey
½ cup blueberries
Icing sugar

Combine the Mascarpone with lemon curd and zest and mix well. Layer the crepes with the lemon Mascarpone cream. Finish with a swirl of lemon Mascarpone and extra lemon zest then dot with blueberries and drizzle with honey.
