please yall use heavy moisturisers on that area its just because of the skin getting dry in winters and nothing else i suffered the same for 2 years tried many medications and doctors but it took just a simple step to fix it… especially apply Vaseline while sleeping for overnight make sure you apply a thick layer of it you will notice the difference within 7-15 days mark my words……
IMPORTANT:-
•and once it gets normal stop using vaselline as its continuous use will make ur skin dark and dull + acne prone later use cetaphil cleansing facewash and moisturiser
