You learning a front walkover

I finally got my front walkover after ONE YEAR. I can do tucks and hand spring and all that but couldn’t do these. Idk why. But now I can, it’s JUDT not the best looking lol.

Part of the process is falling on your back, so just keep at it and you will eventually get it.

PLS PIN THIS people who do front walkover be carefull 2 weeks later when i do front walk over my hands keep craking be carefullt if u dont do gymnastic dont do front walkover cause some one needs to hold you so be carefull everyone.
