Very interesting. I think they can add a parachute for an emergency error. Also can include four kinds of airbags for these moments; one in each side on the botom.

For the DIYers... The bottom half of Mercruiser's out drive (Bravo series)... has counter rotating output shafts. Good for 725hp of torque. These boats are getting old enough to by pretty cheap. Just thought I would mention it.
