I would think any midsize business jet would make a great “family“ jet. Of course, you would have to be outrageously wealthy, or a member of the Saudi royal family to afford one. For me, a “family“ Jet would be a single pilot jet such as the Pilatus PC 24, the Cessna citation CJ 3+ or CJ 4 or even the M2. The phenom 100 EV also comes to mind or the phenom 300. Even the Cirrus vision jet, or the Honda jet. But again, my family is of more modest means than Saudi royalty. 😉

How certain are you on these charter rates? These seem very low compared to what I’ve seen quoted. Like radically lower. I’d start flying private for some shorter stuff at these rates. I assume these rates assume a paid return flight same day or a 2 hour min per day unused?
