Here is a quick, easy, and delicious breakfast recipe. This is perfect for busy morning and a favorite at my house.

Air Fryer Tortilla Feta Eggs

Ingredients:
Tortilla – 1 (I used low carb)
Eggs – 2
Salt – as needed
Black Pepper – as needed
Feta Cheese – 2 Tbsp or as needed
Chopped Onion – 1-2 Tbsp or as needed
Chopped Tomato – 1-2 Tbsp or as needed
Green Chilli – optional – as needed

Instructions:
1. Place tortilla in the air fryer basket/tray and brush one side with oil
2. Flip so that oiled side is on the bottom
3. Carefully crack 2 eggs and place towards the middle of the tortilla
4. Sprinkle with onion, tomato, green chilli (optional), salt and pepper
5. Air fry at 350 °F for 8-10 minutes
6. After 5 minutes, sprinkle with feta cheese and continue to air fry. Total cooking time in this video was 9 minutes
7. Serve warm with your favourite sauce
