Undertale AU's: Fanon V.S. Canon

Fanon is like a caricature, an exaggeration of traits that are important to the character (or not so important). If this character is weak, then the fandom makes him weaker than water. If this character looks cute, then they make him kawaii cute maid cat or smth.

Facts about Canon Undertale people don't know about:
1. Papyrus gave up on trying to get Sans to pick up his sock a long time ago
2. Sans drinks ketchup, but in his post he has mustard and relish too
3. Undyne isn't just a hot head
4. Papyrus likes puns, just not when used in situations he deems inappropriate, but he still can't help but smile at Sans' puns
5. Papyrus hasn't actually eaten spaghetti once, he only cooks it because he thinks his friends likes it. He makes other pasta, also he only got into cooking because of Undyne. Before that he had no interest in cooking.
6. Mettaton's main form isn't his EX form

Long story short:

Fanon sans is that depressed guy crying at the bar, and canon sans is the guy patting his back and trying to cheer him up.

With the Underswap Sans one, I always did a blend of the two to make everyone happy. I mostly use the canon one’s personality and cape and use Blueberry’s eyes, gloves, blue color, and nickname. In the end, both are Fanon because Underswap is a Fanon version of Undertale.

Okay for for storyshift, I actually prefer the preboot design for chara than her Reboot one. Maybe because I'm so used to it, maybe because the reboot version looks like the person you'd meet at a bar tryna drink themselves to sleep.
