I don't know if any of you are having the same issue with Avast anti-virus. It keeps detecting and preventing the jailbreak from starting on windows even after adding it to exceptions and keeps insisting that it's a Trojan horse virus.
I had to manually disable the darn thing for the jailbreak to run.
