So level speech and alchemy together. Start with 3 free houses. Goldenhills Plantation, Bloodchill Cavern and Myrwatch with the goal of producing 40 creep cluster, 40 Mora Tapanella and 40 Scaly Pholiota every three days in game.

The creepcluster must be planted (40x) at Goldenhills plantation where the farmhands can harvest for you as it is basically impossible to harvest from any of the plantable locations(the 6 pot style planters in the hearthfire greenhouse are the only exceptions).

These three ingredients produce potions worth 300gold minimum at low level alchemy and well over 3000 gold at maxed alchemy. Do not get the Purity perk in Alchemy... it destroys the value of these ingredients.

Get the Merchant perk from Speech and you can sell the potions to anyone, making a fortune and allowing you buy up the components for training Enchanting and Smithing as you go.
