What I always find ironic that calling yourself Alpha is pretty much the most non-Alpha thing you can do. Even worse for a Sigma. If you need so much external validation that you have to tell others how they are supposed to see you, then you are not in an Alpha or Sigma position.

What cracks me up is the irony that sientists have discovered there is actually no such thing, (in the wild), as an alpha male, in a wolf pack. In addition, context varies wildly. Treat others as you wish to be treated, regardless of gender or race, etc. Don't be a jerk. It's not that complex. Perception is key.

The issue is that there is some truth in red pill content or at least some of it matches the reality that some guys go through. But the people that do red pill content are only interested in monetizing your problems, not really helping you find a solution

The thing is I think, is that these creators usually take a true statement, twist it into something barely recognizable, but still seen as something true and then build a strawman argument around it about imaginary enemies.
Usually their starting statements are true (Men usually have to repress their emotions for example) but then instead of showing a healthy way to cope with that situation they just make up an enemy to hate instead

I have never used the term 'red pill' to describe any of that. It misses the point of the original 'red pill' which was to dispel illusions and enter the real world, ultimately to try to fix it.

That why this is the one thing pushed me to leave social media, mostly instagram, even if You trying to figure out Your life, right? You down, breakup etc. Every normal person will feel pointless or useless, worst because reality of losing somebody, then You going for a validation of Your mind, then boom! Red pill comes! You going deeper and deeper believing in that, because this is the thing You need to understand world, but then remember: Wake Up call for Yourself! It’s bit toxic, You going toxic, take that much as You need to feel better but do not accept that as normal part of life, it’s not like that. Learn how to say stop to Yourself and social media, it’s a lot is shite there to take Your attention and clear brain/look on things. Remember You need to be angry at some point to leave the pain ;) Talk with people, moan to people but never try to manipulate their thinking way about somebody; as a human You also made mistake in relationship for example; accept You also fcked up something and You did something toxic, that not mean You are bad, but You did something bad, like normal human being ;)

Red Pill just means having knowledge/awareness about a topic or subject. It's origins are from the movie "The Matrix" which came out in 1999.
You can be Red Pilled on Religion, Money, History, Politics, Health, or Dating and Relationships.

For example: If you're RP on History you'd know that Columbus didn't discover America.

If You're RP on Politics you'd know that the people of the USA don't choose the president, the electoral college does.

If you're RP in money, you'll know the Federal Reserve isn't federal.

Women need to call out other abusive women. Else the cycle is gonna continue.
Look at my experience: caught my ex flirting with men on dating apps, and then she suddenly claimed I was controlling etc. Great, now, not only my feelings were hurt, but her friends took her side instead of calling her out. That is some BS.
Obviously I dumped her, but yeah, I looked for validation online and it's mostly red pill stuff. And some of their arguments make sense.
