Their color is beautiful ..
And they taste delicious...

I had lobster sashimi once is Boston. A little girl walked by as the live lobster watched me eat it’s tail. She cried, I laughed and drank saki. What a fun day.

Blue lobsters are ~ One in 2 million. Although they’ve sold for $500+ each, these extremely rare crustaceans are often deemed too special to serve.
But not in NYC at Park Asia restaurant, Brooklyn NY. ..a precious pair of this rare species dismembered alive, served as sashimi to a wealthy diner. Please urge places like this to stop driving endangered species to extinction, just for a human taste.

Like ouch they just don't even kill them first they just cut them in half? Like this is the second time I've seen this but I've also seen other videos where they cut the head and half and kill it that way and then rip it apart

Those lobsters were still alive on the serving plate!
They were yelling give me back my claws from the frier bitch, and I'll show you what real sashimi should tastes like, with some fava beans and a nice Chianti, ...

Live Blue lobsters should be released back into the wild. I live in New Brunswick, Canada and we release everything but live Green lobsters.

I thought there were more humane ways of prepping a lobster so that their death is quick. Watching this it looked like torture to the poor creatures being gutted alive. I don't know much about the process but I thought they mercy kill the lobster first.
