The first version of this film was amazing and that's why I bought it again. But theyve made some "updates" now to cut cost and magically they give 2 films instead of 3 and they can't be applied properly because they've changed the application form. Terrible just terrible how some companies destroy a product to save a few cents.

Absolutely terrible customer service, l've called twice today about my ipad being SHATTERED and the screen protector doing nothing.
Extremely upset with this whole experience considering i couldn't even get a hold of the company DURING HOURS OF OPERATION.
Extremely upsetting and disappointing.
