Jezus Christ I think this is the best performance of the song + one of the best performances of the later part of her career. Not a single note was wrong. What atmosphere. She really was hurting during this period. This is de most ‘blues’ she’s ever been. God bless her

Those sweet, tender high notes she hits @6:14, that is truy transforming your pain into something beautiful. I can feel it vibrating through my spirit, and it doesn't seem very foreign to the pain I experience personally. It's just gorgeous.
