Hello, I have an issue with this printer and hopefully you'll see and have an answer for me.
I'm trying to print on a quite heavy paper (200gr infact) but it doesn't seem to be working, as the page come out blank, even trying to play around with the settings but it does print on other kinds of paper.
Do you know how to fix this issue if it's even possible?

Trying to copy a letter - it does everything I would expect - letter goes in through the scanner, I select Black & White and copy comes out - blank !

hello good morning so i wanted to know how to copy a document thanks to your video i got through but somehow when i print it alot of ink is coming out in one place yes the document is printing but the document is coming out with a lot of ink in one particular area. Any help?
