Blend Bunny Sugar & Grunge Update - Is this a dud??

Hey y’all I wanted to do a quick short to share an update on the Blend Bunny Sugar & Grunge Palette. In my first impression I was disappointed by this green because it was not the normal quality I expect from BB. They reached out to replace it (which I wasn’t expecting at all) and I wanted to share that it was one off issue with my OG Palette.

Ive heard that some people have had bad experiences with BB's customer service, but my experience with their customer service has always exceptional

Interesting that there are inconsistencies? It is a beautiful palette

Still a bit bothersome, I feel like consistency within a palette should be something I can expect.
