Betty dear, in my professional opinion, you've taken the award so far for recreating a true 90s grungy look, BRAVO! That palette is impressive not just because it sticks to sort of most "used" and popular 90s makeup colors -for both ethereal and smokey looks- but also "time travels" to the 2000s where "smokey" were made heavily using pastels colors with it matching shimmers. AND, it even time travels to present because it can be used to make today's best trends. Congrats to the makers for making a very pretty, usable, and conceptually on point palette. AND bravo for that beautiful art you just made on your eyes. Great job! 👍

Stunning palette and amazing look (I mean duh, not a surprise) I agree with whoever said it makes your eyes pop! So pretty 😊 Surge was the first thing you ever influenced me to buy and i have zero regrets ❤ I’d go as far to say they’re the best mattes in my collection. I also just grabbed Primal on sale and while I’ve only worn it for the first time today, it’s still just so good!
