One query. I am trying to install Oracle instant client 21c on my laptop for a remote connection.
I have installed the Oracle instant client 21c version exactly as you have indicated in your video, following each of your steps. I have updated the environment variables. However, when I connect I get the error:
ora-12560: tns:protocol adapter error.
I have checked everything, everything is correct. I have tried with other previous clients and I get the same error.
What could it be? Please.
