I get this error when I type in sqlplus
sqlplus : error while loading shared libraries: libsqlplus.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
maybe because when I installed libaio1 and the other libraries the log said 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 17 not upgraded
