For me, the scariest one didn't show. I think the scariest form of extant sea life is the blue-ringed octopus as it's small enough to fit on top of a US quarter but has a venomous bite potent enough to kill a human adult in about half an hour, delivered by a beak so small, the first sign you've been bitten is you start showing symptoms of the venom. Most deaths like this are caused by people who see these octopi as cut, do they stop to handle them, which triggers a flight-or-fight response with biting with venom as the go-to defense. Remember, if the animal isn't bothering with camouflage, it's probably in possession of other ways to either defend itself or take you with it.

TBH most of these were'nt even creepy, in fact, i kind of found the sea spider and Oarfish were cute.
The only one that was creepy (in my opinion) was the anglerfish, and it wasn't even that creepy, even for me being a ten yearold.

Edit: the blanket octopus reminded me of the Uth Duna from MH wilds.
