It's probably written in the code that whatever damage would normally occur will get multiplied by 0 when ubered. Even infinity is 0 when multiplied by 0.

Most games would just add a few Zeros to the limit but in the case of the Uber it's no limit except for kill triggers

This is because Uber doesn't make your health infinite, but rather multiplies all incoming damage by zero
