If you find your coffee diluted by ice, make ice cubes from leftover coffee. So your coffee won’t get diluted anymore

Speaking of Starbucks ©...years ago, in a blindfolded taste test...Starbucks came in last place, even losing to McDonald's © $1.00 coffee ☕ 😅, which surprisingly came in 1st place. 😂🏅🏆

Sometimes the instant coffee can get this burnt like taste to it. I found it was because the water is to hot and can burn the coffee a bit. If you dont want ot wait a bit the let the water cool or afraid you will forget the water, you can dissolve the instant coffee with a splash of cold water and then pour in the hot water afterwards.
It makes a bigger difference than I imagined.

Put instant coffee (1/4 cup or so) in chocolate cake, batter, it helps to make the chocolate stand out.

Have never liked Starbucks, too acidic/bitter. Just FYI, dark roast is generally less acidic than lighter roasts.
