• Water: 1 cup (230ml)
• Active sourdough starter: 60g
• Bread flour: 2 ¾ cups (340g)
• Crushed or whole flaxseeds: 2 tbsp. (15g)
• Salt: 1 tsp (6g)

my bread making has improved significantly since I started watching your videos using your lift and slap technique! I like to use whole wheat flour in addition - about 25% of the flour is whole wheat.
