We’re spicing things up (literally) with McCormick Black Pepper Grinder and McCormick Cayenne Pepper for an extra fiery kick to our noodles.

In one-pot, we’re pulling together flavours from fresh coriander and garlic into a pre-made chicken stock. This fragrant combination makes for the best broth to infuse into the vermicelli. We added prawns but feel free to add any seafood or meat of your choice.

3 tbsp Cooking oil
8 cloves Garlic (minced)
5 Coriander roots
200ml Chicken stock
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Fish sauce
3 tbsp Water
2 tsp McCormick Black Pepper Grinder
1 tsp McCormick Cayenne pepper
200g Glass Noodles
8-10 Prawns
½ tsp McCormick Black Pepper Grinder
Spring onion

Would be much better without the oil. If you cooked with butter or Animal fats (Duck/Goose Fat)
