Our sibling publication Leisure Wheels took an off-road training course with All Terrain 4x4. In part 1 of the video series, the various off-road driving modes are explained and tested, as we are shown the difference between two-wheel and four-wheel drive, the effect of traction control, and the power of low-range gears and a rear differential lock.
Thanks to Deon Joubert Racing and ISUZU Motors, we tackled the training course in the latest 3.0L ISUZU D-Max LSE 4X4.

Francois & Trevor know their 4x4 stuff - I most definitely recommend their training sessions.

is it allowed to activate the 4L and Diff Lock after you got in trouble? or do you need to activate before? I had a situation that there was no power anymore. no traction in any of the wheels an a little bit of cracking when tried to change from forward to backward driving.
