I have a question. Is it possible to recode/ recalibrate the TCS of an old vehicle by reinstalling with the TCS code of a new better vehicle of some other brand?

Hi i have some question, im having issues with traction control blinking on and off in one wheel right passenger side.. no codes in dash. When i hung on wheel on the right side traction control on and off and my car start jerking. When i am running starts the traction control around 30mph.. i also switch the ABS sensor to the other side, and still the same, . I change the wheel hub assembly twice for this and clean my abs sensor. I was thing the TCS or the ABS hydrualic pump. Pls help what do you think?
