Trick to change background Colour of 1 page only in Ms Word

To change the background color of a single page in Microsoft Word, you can follow these steps:

→Open the document and navigate to the page you want to modify.
→Draw rectangle on the entire page.
→Set the colour of rectangle to the desired colour
→Send the rectangle in background behind text

That is not good way as it will cover Header text. And if you do it in header then you have to unlink. and then everything gets very very complicated.
